My kids love these STEM activities. The directions are easy to follow and the kids are proud of their accomplishments when the task is complete. I love it for the same reasons and that it is hands on and they can work with a partner or try it by themselves. -Heather H.

  2. Rachel S.

I used the Mayflower lesson with my students the week of Thanksgiving and they loved it! For the older grades I had them make the boat capable of handling the pennies, but the younger students just enjoyed making the boats float and move with sails. Great active activity for a week when the students need to move around! -Rachel S.

  3. Kendall G.

This resource was crazy fun and we all loved it! It was the perfect activity for the day before Thanksgiving break. I loved how it engaged the students in their learning but was also just really enjoyable. As I mentioned, we used it in those crazy days before break when energy is high but it also connected nicely to the end of our geometry unit. I love all of theses STEM resources. Will definitely be purchasing and trying out more of them. -Kendall G.

These were wonderful activities. I purchased two licenses so that another teacher and I could switch classes and each take one of the tasks on different days. The kids had a wonderful time learning interesting facts through the videos, as well as hearing the stories and completing the challenges. Thank you! -Learning Out Loud
