The provided instruction cards and recording sheets are ideal for a LOW PREP math center that you can use ALL YEAR LONG! Just add a variety of building bricks/LEGO bricks, one baseplate, 2 dice, and double 9 dominoes. Tasks are open ended, so students can complete as many as time allows! The routines appeal to visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learners because students are provided a visual, yet concrete way to “build” and apply major math concepts. They can apply their understanding by writing on the recording sheets for each skill.
Maker Math Centers can also be used with a LEGO wall or LEGO table!
