MAKER MATH SUPPLIES

Maker Math toolkits provide your early childhood students with simple, hands-on applications of key mathematics skills. These kits are ideal for centers and small group math as students build and apply math concepts. Differentiated options for teacher prompts are provided (LEVELS A and B) to cater to your students’ individual math levels for each specific skill. The provided leveled task cards are designed for use in Math Centers, small group math rotations, or independent practice. The routines appeal to visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learners because students are provided a visual, yet concrete way to “build” and apply major math concepts. They can apply their understanding by solving problems on the provided graphic organizers for each skill. The graphic organizers can either be copied or placed inside reusable page protectors for students to write and wipe responses.

Includes differentiated Teacher Prompts, Photo Student Instructions and Examples, Leveled Graphic Organizers, Leveled Task Cards and recording forms, and Answer Keys for 15 major early childhood math concepts.

  1. Emilie Eckhart

Great resource. My school doesn’t have a ton of math manipulatives, so this resource provided some for me. I know I had to make a handful of stuff but it was worth it to see how useful it was for my students. -Emilie Eckhart

  2. Elizabeth B.

I loved the 3-5 maker math so much I purchased the K-2 one to use to be able to further differentiate my small group math. This is a great way to help my struggling students or students with IEPs feel confident in their math. Because it looks similar to the 3-5 resource and uses similar manipulatives students do not feel singled out or different as they do work at their just right level. -Elizabeth B.

  3. Darcy O.

  5. Mary Jo J.

This kit took a bit of time to prep, but once it was done, it was a great resource for early finishers and kids who needed something more “hands-on.” I like that it gets them thinking in different ways and they like to challenge themselves with it. -Mary Jo J.
