Are you looking for an inexpensive holiday gift for your students that they’re sure to love?  Why not give them the gift of STEM and a “toy” that they’ll have to engineer in order to play?

My brand new FREE Marshmallow Shooter kit makes the perfect gift for your students and costs less than $1.00 per kid to gather the materials and put together!  Not to mention, it’s gift that they can build and play with over winter break while they’re home with their families.

  1. Anyway I could get the directions to say HAPPY HOLIDAYS instead of MERRY CHRISTMAS? I teach in a corporation that is quite diverse. Please and thank you in advance.

  2. I just subscribed and would love the Marshmallow Shooter activity but it’s not showing up in my email.

  3. Oh no! My husband deleted your newsletter. 🙁 Apparently, he does not understand the importance of teacher emails!! Any chance I can get the freebie again? Already a subscriber. Or is there a way to get archived newsletters? LOVE this awesome student gift!!

  4. Love this!! One question, one the supplies list, it says that one section of the PVC pipe should be cut to 4 inches, but on the assembly instructions it says to include 1 5-inch piece. Does it matter if the pieces are cut to 4 or 5 inches?

    Thank you!!

    • Brooke Brown says:

Hi Emily! So sorry for the confusion! No, it does not matter if it’s 4 or 5 inches. You will just get more a couple more pipes cut out of a 10 foot pipe if you use 4 inches. That is a typo I need to fix. 🙂

We handed these out today and the feedback was AMAZING!!!!The kids absolutely LOVED them!!! Thank you so much for great directions and ideas! Merry Christmas!

My students really loved this. Thank you for the idea and please start working on the new one for next year. In case your local Lowes/Home Depot will not cut for you, I bought a $30 cutter. It worked like a charm and I will have it for future projects.
